While there's still no new gameplay, I continued to update my poor excuse for a framework.

Besides adding some minor tweaks to the main menu, I also added a graphics setting menu and pause menu as well.

Additionally, I changed the pick up button to e instead of the mouse button. Again, please suggest things, and if not, I'm fucked :)
